What is the difference in cellular polycarbonate and polycarbonate compact?
The cellular polycarbonate 8 or 10 mm thick and is translucent but not transparent. It offers better insulation (U = 3.1 W/m2 K). The compact polycarbonate 4mm thick is as transparent as glass compared to the isolation cell which is lower (U = 5.4 W/m2 K).

Can you slide all modules along the telescopic covers?
Yes. The modules can move in both directions.

What is the width of each module?
The width of the modules depends not only on the quantity but also the length of the pool cover (1.5 - 2.5 m according to the model and type of cover).

Can you build pool enclosures that follow the explicit requirements of the customer?
Yes, all pool enclosures are built exactly as the customer requires (provided it is within our means).

Which are the swimming pool enclosures made of?
The pool enclosure is made of aluminum profiles with surface treatment (natural color or white Elox RAL9010, beige RAL1015, RAL6009 green, anthracite DB703). The aluminum structure is completed with Makrolon polycarbonate panels. All connectors and installation accessories are stainless steel.

It is normal that the cellular polycarbonate generate condensation on the inside of the enclosure?
Condensation inside the pool enclosure, with multiwall polycarbonate, is normal and inevitable. This condensed water is discarded in the gutters.

How should I prepare the pool enclosure for the winter?
Telescopic enclosures require no special treatment during the winter. It is sufficient to close the cover and secure all locks and door modules. It is only important to remove any accumulation of snow on the roof, (in the north of Spain).

What guarantee do you offer?
We guarantee all of our pool enclosures for 3 years, plus we guarantee the surface of the profiles for 5 years and 15 years for the polycarbonate material.

How long does it take to assemble the pool and spa enclosures?
The assembly time depends on the size of the pool enclosure and the foundation of the pool area. With smaller enclosures it takes between 3-4 hours.

What is the delivery time?
Delivery time is 4 to 6 weeks from the date of order.

Does the color of the polycarbonate effect the inner temperature of the pool enclosure?
Yes, generally darker colors tend to reduce water temperature by about 2º C approximately, compared with translucent polycarbonate.

What can raise the temperature of pool water telescopic enclosure?
It depends on the area and the city of installation, the pool enclosure can raise the water temperature between 6-10° C.

Can you use the pool all year round?
The pool covers are used to prolong the season.

Must there be a cement base under the rails?
Yes, for easy sliding of the modules, you need a foundation that is firm and level.

What maintenance is involved with the swimming pool enclosures?
It's easy to keep the enclosure clean. All that is required is water at a little pressure, and if desired, rubbing with a soft cloth and neutral detergent to some difficult parts.
